At Darqawi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Darqawi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
